The Kakuro development is a six-unit detached townhome project consisting of five new units built around an existing home. The new units, including this one, are all three stories with roof decks, exposed wood ceilings, generous natural light, and a range of energy-efficient features. Designed by Hybrid Architecture and developed and built by Owen Gabbert, LLC, the project deviates from the typical infill housing development by focusing on design, private outdoor space, preservation of existing structures, and maximizing height and density while still offering a detached single-family home experience.
Each unit has a unique floor plan tailored to different needs and use cases, with living spaces situated across different floors to optimize each unit's site positioning. All units feature open-tread fir staircases, premium finishes, including natural wood ceilings, and private access to nature via the roof and individual side yards.
