Major renovation of a house on a house on the city's historic resource inventory to remove all fossil fuel systems and install: ducted heat pumps for heating/cooling, heat pump water heaters, induction ranges, and new insulation & windows. We also attached 2 new 100% electric homes to it, sharing the same lot and designing the site to preserve a large existing oak tree. The location is right across the street from the University of Oregon's new Portland campus.
